Breakfast: 3 eggs, V8 juice, half banana
Post Workout: from "The Chef" lots of eggs with ground beef, salsa, peppers, onions, cheese, fruit bowl
Snack: clementines x 2
Lunch: Scallops with califlower, raisins, capers, almonds, raisins
Snack: Avocado
Dinner: BLTs...bacon, romaine lettuce, little mayo, tomatoes...blueberries
Snack: Raisins
....Belle had mint chocolate chip ice cream yesterday...didn't touch it. I bought her the little $1 one..so it wasn't too bad!
Yes Kale is amazing, I sauteed it, and then squeeze a little lemon on it!

ReplyDeleteYes..the cheese is usually an issue...and its the first time I've had it since doing this challenge...I'm currently eating chili and normally I put cheese in it...taste sooo much better with cheese. Mayo...eh..I eat that once in a blue moon!
