Breakfast-Eggs (spinach & 1/4 ava) & berries
Post awesome WOD- (The CHEF)-2 poached eggs over ham steak and spinach, & Fruit bowl
Dinner-Ground Turkey over 1/4 acron squash & Brussel Sprouts (cooked w/dried figs and pureed nuts)
Random Snacks: grapes, nuts, pepper w/guac , carrot
*possibly a berry smoothie later :-)) or just some hot tea!
