Thursday...

Breakfast: 3 eggs, asparagus,
Lunch: Porkchop, asparagus
Snack: mixed nuts, clementine
Dinner: 12 mild traditional wings from BWW...I know its not Paleo...but not giving up my Thursdays..at least no carbs!

..random raisins throughout the day...

...then I ended up getting sick in the stomach in the afternoon...think thats why I didn't eat much today...
