Day 9

Breakfast: 3 eggs, asparagus, half banana
Midmorning snack: gaucamole, red, yellow, orange peppers
Lunch: salad(romaine lettuce, bacon bits, olive oil, vinegar, olives), shrimp
Midafternoon snack: same as midmorning snack
Dinner: strawberries, turkey chili, some grapes...
