*snacked on a butt ton of fruit throughout today as well!!

B-Egg whites w/ turkey & spinach
S- Apple & nuts
L- Cup of veggie soup, grapes, dried apple w/ almond butter
D-Chicken Breast w/ veggies & Brussel Sprouts/ Berry Smoothie
Kale is soooo good for you! Sometimes I'll mix it in my salads!
