Friday...

Breakfast: 3 eggs, V8 juice, raisins
Snack: 2 clementines, mixed nuts
Dinner: Scallops with califlower, almonds, capers, raisins, balsamic vinegar, olives

  2. I'm paying for it today...i have a headache..probably dehydrated and I'm starving today. i also feel like someone has punched me in the chest from yesterdays workout..I think I'm going to demand a chest xray and blood work tomorrow..insane
