Day 8 & first part of 9

Day 8
B= Egg white omelet with spinach and avocado
S=Apple slices with Almond butter
L=Turkey with greens & mushrooms, tomato, avocado, cantaloupe, apple, walnuts (Balsamic/olive oil)
S=Leftover turkey spg squash & 2 sm oranges
D=Salmon (baked in foil with onions, garlic, lemon, orange slices) & Broccoli
S=Sautéed apples w/cinnamon & walnuts, blob of almond butter, and honey (Told Julie I found the bee’s nest!)
Day 9
B=Sautéed apples (crushed pecans, blob almond butter, cinnamon) & Eggs whites scrambled
S= Walnuts
L=Greens with Turkey & Bison w/onion, pepper, carrot, & tomato; LOTS of fresh blueberries and raspberries!

    s= Shake-banana, aalmond butter, water
    D= Chicken breast with lots of veggies
    S= oranges & couple nuts

  2. good, just onions were not cooked enough, I would not put onions and garlic in next time, probably just the citrus and an herb
