Breakfast: Asparagus, 3 eggs, fruit
Lunch: Porkchop, asparagus, pistachios, grapes, blueberries
Dinner: Shrimp, gaucamole, peppers
Snack: gaucamole, peppers
Snack: fruit bites
I just dont feel like myself lately..normally I eat at least 5 meals/snack a day and I feel like I've been really slacking on this...not sure if its cause I've not been feeling the greatest or what. Since I've started this Paleo challenge I have cut out all the inbetween crap...which was my goal in doing this so Im happy with that... I think once I get over this ickiness in my chest and can workout like I use to it'll get better.
are you on biotics? if you have not kicked it in several weeks it may not go until you get some meds
