B=Eggs & Egg whites w/ham and berries
S=NUTS
L= Chicken w/veggie &avocado &sm orange (Balsamic/oil)
S=Shake-berries & banana
D-Chicken w/ tomato & avocado & Kale
Apples w/ cinnamon, lil almond butter, pecans
*Ok so shely I told juls this I am really getting the crossfit itch, I have quads sore er than they have ever been and was looking up a bunch of crossfit stuff on the internet! hahaha
