Food Log for the past several days:
Saturday-
B= 2 eggs w/ spinach, 3 slices of avocado, & pepper sauce
S=Apple slices
L=Chicken Breast, broccoli, 2 slices of avocado, pepper sauce
D=2 cups mixed veggies & lots of shrimp!!!
S=Cantaloupe
Sunday-
B =Eggs & egg whites w/ handful of spinach, slices of tomato & cup of cantaloupe
S= Apple w/ almond butter
L=2 sm chicken breast w/ 2 big tomato slices & avocado
S= Mixed fruit (cantaloupe and blueberries)
D=3/4 acorn squash with turkey breast topped with basil pepper sauce
Monday-
B=Egg & egg whites mixed with spinach & pepper sauce & cup of dark berries
S=Apples and almond butter
L=1/4 acorn squash, Spinach turkey salad, 1.2 avocado, and other veggies
S=Berries and mixed nuts
D= Spg Squash with tomato sauce w/ turkey and bison
S=veggies
It seems like your fat intake is relatively low for paleo...Have you weighed a week in? I bet you are losing some LBs..i guess looking a shely and mine with more nuts mixed in....are you feeling hungry? B/C I am and I want to go to nuts and things when I feel like that..
ReplyDeletei agree with julie, i also think you could eat more fruit. try to keep a variety of things in your diet, mix up the veggies and fruit. for me personally, I always try to get some type of antioxidant in through fruit or whatever.
