Really only 2 1/2 days because the official challenge ends after our 10 mile trail race on Saturday :-)
Breakfast-Eggs whites/paleo cereal
Lunch-Turkey Salad (normal mixture)
Dinner-Turkey Meat balls w/ spag squash & homemade tomato sauce
Dessert-Pumpkin puree & 2 strawberries
Snacks-Grapes, Carrots w/ Almond Butter, Clementine
OMG..you guys need to eat another meet besides turkey burger!!!!
ReplyDeleteShely it was turkey balls, not burger! lol yeah we for sure eat lot of turkey, but I love it so much! Salmon tonight though!
