B-~1/2 cup Turkey mixture (finshed the little bit that was left), Paleo Cereal (Fruit, nuts, & almond milk)
PWS-Brussel sprouts & carrot w/ alm butter
L-Shrimp Salad (w/ the typical mixture)
S-pistachio & some raw veggies
D-Salmon w/ baked veggies
Maybe a berry smoothie later....
BTW-I am so proud how we have all kept up reports our intake each day :-) we are such weirdos..lol
ReplyDeleteseriously..we are in the such a minority...not normal! lol...but i was just thinking how much it was helping me stay on...and not cheat inbetween
