Day 7:
Breakfast-Egg whites (w/spinach, 1/4 avacado) & Small Bowl of melon/grapes w/few walnuts
Snack-Nuts
Lunch-Shrimp/Buffalo Salad (w/spinach, cherry tom, yellow pepper, 1/4 avacado, balsamic), spag squash
Dinner-Salmon over mixed veggies, 1/2 cooked apple w/ cinnamon
Other snacks throughout day-Orange, Carrot w/ alm butter
We both had Salmon for dinner!
