Salad-Turkey,greens, 1/2 orange, 1/4 avocado, balsamic and olive oil
S) Beef Jerky(4 strips), figs & blueberries
D)Turkey w/Kale(whole bushel)& homemade salsa, apple
*grazed on a couple almonds here and there
* went to Costco today it was a love hate relationship...love the huge portions of fruits and veggies, but did catch myself glazed over staring at a box of pita chips! lol only Day 3
