Di-4

B-Egg&egg whites w/spinach and tomatoes
    Shake-Almondbutter(tbsp) black&blueberries, 1.2 banana,water
L-Dried Apple & Almond butter(tbsp)
   Salad- Chicken Breast,carrots,greens,1/4 avocado, onion, crushed almonds, olive oil
S-Beef Jerkey
D-Shrimp & Brocccli w/homemade pepper sauce and sprinkle of almond & fig
* Grazed on dried apples through the day!

My stomach actually hurt today!:(

  1. oh no! Don't want your stomach to hurt..that sucks. I would say add some fat in. Protein and fat are what actually tell your body that you are full. In your last meal there you had no fat...shrimp has no fat in it...its a very healthy meal too. You may have cooked it in olive oil though???

    Another trick I like to do is eat a more fiberous fruit/veggie...usually fruit for my dinner meal...because it takes longer to digest througout the night...and thats when your body recovers...can't tell you if it actually works, but its something I've read along the way...
