Day 5

So today was a little more difficult to track, I was hungry and nibbed alot on different things such as nuts, fruits, and red & orange peppers....So I decided I need to get more protein from meats and fish as my base to avoid snackiness! I also ate more fruit as to prepare for the long run I had planned today.

B-dried apple w/ almond butter (B-lined straight from bed b/c I was HUNGRY!), 1 egg, bowl of banana, blueberries, melon and crush almonds.
PW-veggie salad w/ balsamic spray and salsa as dressing and crushed almonds, 1/2 ckn breast
S- Orange
D-1/2 Acron Squash, 1/2 ckn breast, and snack at poker night including salsa with red pepper scoops, deviled egg,and a little dry fruit with nuts

Got lots of meat at the store today: Buffalo....shrimp..yuuuum!
