Day 4 for Shely
Breakfast: 3 eggs, half banana, V8 juice, mixed nuts
Midmorning snack: all natural fruit bites, mixed nuts
Lunch: Meatloaf, salad with black olives
Dinner: 12 hot wings
Snack: Mixed nuts
....really need to get back into eating more...
