Snack for day-alm/walnut mix, & grapes
I know squash is not encouraged b/c its higher gylcem...but I LOVE IT and wont give that up...its natural and Im stickin with it ;-)

ReplyDeletei love squash too...it is higher GI, but pair it with protein/fat and its not as bad. look up the nutritional value of both spaghetti squash and acorn squash...you'll never give it up then! i would just say watch portion control! i have spaghetti squash on my list of things to cook this week..im excited!
