So today is day 2 of this challenge, this is my first food challenge. Crazy how it was not until I started that I realized how much of the "no intake" foods that I was consuming, so this challenge became a bit more of a challenge than I was expecting. Juls, katie and I went for a run later this morning and I was wondering how my body would feel after making such a change in intake the day before and it handled beautifully!! Felt great and it is about 11 40am right now and I do not feel famished like I usually do around this hour.
Super motivated and excited about it on day 2! I will post intake at end of the day
Day 2: Not too bad other than feeling a little weird this afternoon when I would have normally poured a bowl of cereal...I have to say that coming from someone who essentially ate minimal fat is enjoying the plethora of nuts and avacados. I did drool a bit over my roomates cereal box but I was good and didnt give into the simple carbohydrates!
