So, I cheated a little on this day when we went to play poker. I had two glasses of wine and these little hot dog thingys..a TON of them. I was starving yesterday but I'm hoping thats a good things because maybe that means my appetite is back. So..despite the what I consider a small cheat yesterday...I'm still sticking with it!
Breakfast: 3 eggs, brocolli, blueberries, nuts
Postworkout: Shrimp (what I made the other day), salad (romaine lettuce, olives, bacon bits, olive oil, vinegar), avocado
Dinner: Finished off the shrimp, blueberries, trail mix (mixed nuts, dried cranberries)
Then at poker: deviled eggs, wine, some fruit, peppers with AWESOME salsa, little hot dog thingys with bbq sauce
