Breakfast: Brocolli and 2 eggs (over easy)
Lunch: Chicken with raspberries, olives, V8 juice
Post workout/Dinner: Turkey chili (14 oz chicken broth, onion, olive oil, turkey burger, 2 cans rotel..and some spices). Definitely tastes much much better with cheese!
Snackin: jerky (need to make my own, store kinds suck), green grapes, V8 juice
Looks like I need more fat for the day....
I also snacked on raisin and pistachios last night...
