Day 8 for Shely

Breakfast: Asparagus, 3 eggs, half banana
Midmorning snack: beef jerky, mixed nuts
Lunch: Salmon with cinnamon and walnuts, asparagus, strawberries blueberries
Midafternoon: grapes, beef jerky
Dinner: Shrimp with bbq spices (the spanish smoked paprika is awesome!!), salad (romaine lettuce, olives, olive oil, vinegar, tomatoes, bacon bits)

...still feeling really hungry but feeling good...loving clean eating

  1. Did you cook your salmon with the walnuts and cinnamon? Yum, that sounds good

  2. Yep..its super easy. I actually got the recipie out of Oxygen magazine I think. All you do is bake the salmon at 400 in the oven and I use a little olive oil over the top of it, sprinkle a pinch or so of cinnamon on the salmon, then crushed walnuts...with a little bit of cinnamon on top. Its the only way Belle eats the salmon...I use to love it..but I like my salmon a different way now..more spicy..but Belle doesn't usually eat it that way...
