Shely, I am getting hungier too! Is that what is supposed to happen? Or and I just not eating enough!?
B- 1 egg w/ egg white topped with guac & salsa
Apple with almond butter
L-Baked Chicken (topped w/salsa) & 4 strips Beef Jerky w/ whole orange perpper and cherry tomatoes
S-Melon & blueberries mixed with crushed almonds
D-Ckn Salad-spinach, strip jerky,cherry tom, gr. onion, sprinkle of crushed almonds and dried figs, Dressing-salsa & balsamic
...probably have somethings else later as well...

I think its normal to feel hungrier and it makes sense cause your body is use to eating different types of carbs and is like WTF? now. It could be cause you aren' eating enough. I always try to make my biggest meals breakfast...and my meal post 2 hours from a workout. I don't always do that postworkout..but thats the goal. You are doing much better on pairing protein and carbs and fats. If you'd like, I can email you a paleo zone thing I got from my CF cert. I just don't want to make it more complicated for you are stressful because you essentially have to measure everything out...and I don't really think its difficult...takes about a week to breaky you into something like that...are just get use to measuring things out.

...and the point behind zone is to keep your body hormonally neutral..it also helps with keeping you less hungry...and it can maximize energy levels...i LOVE it.
