So I must say, eating this way has its price. However, I look at it as I am doing something good for my health and will save in the end ;-) No majors issues and have been enjoying having to get creative to create flavor!
DAY 3: 1/27 (LIFT: Cleans, pull-ups, overhead press, abs, 4 mi [1/2 wu/cd, 6x400)
B-6 oz blueberries, Eggs (1 egg + egg whites/zucchini, topped with tomatoes and ¼ avocado)
S- “snack bag” of Walnut/Almond mix
PW/L- Mixed green salad(Beef Jerky*, orange, ¼ avocado, balsamic/EVOO )& carrot sticks
S-Grapes and 3 slices beef jerky
D-Taco salad: (shredded lettuce, ground turkey, salsa*, blob guacamole) & 2 cps Cauliflower
*HOMEMADE: Beef Jerky=dehydrated eye of the round, Salsa=Cuisinart fresh tomatoes, cilantro, sweet onion, green onion, lemon juice, Guacamole=smashed avocados, diced tomatoes, lemon juice & cilantro
